Fourth Thursday?!?!?

So it is not the Third Thursday this month, but it is still happening. Thursday Feb 22 at the Heirloom Cafe. Be there. We will explore signature beverages in small groups. I'll bring a few ingredients that are consistently showcased in sig bevs so everyone can work from the same starting point.

If you have a signature beverage already prepared and want some feedback, bring your stuff and we'll make time to check it out.

Also, if you have some special cups that you would like to show off, please bring them. We are trying to show various ways of presenting drinks, but our arsenal of cups is limited.

6:00 - 6:45 open jam, explore Heirloom, get comfortable on the bar, catch up with friends
6:45 - 8:00 Signature Beverage workshop with your host Mike Strumpf.

I'm sure we're going to figure a way to win the coveted Tal Tack so be ready.
